Office Administrator, Part-Time:

Job Description: 

This position is responsible for general reception and office duties for the firms’ staff, clients, and business partners. 

This includes the handling of incoming and outgoing phone calls, scheduling and preparing for meetings, and other general office duties for the firm. 

The qualified candidate for our team should demonstrate excellent verbal and communication skills, a friendly and engaging demeanor, a professional presence, strong organizational skills, and the ability to multi-task in an ever- changing environment.


  • Working knowledge of office equipment
  • General office experience with skills utilizing popular software; Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and website navigation skills
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
  • Able to work independently as well as in a team setting

Work location:  In person

Salary range:  $18-$22 per hour

Schedule:  4 day work week, with some flexibility

This is a 20 hour per week position.  Benefits include paid time off, and 401(k) after one year.  Experience in the Financial Services industry is preferred, but not required.
