Route Delivery Driver

J’s Automotive Warehouse in Salem, Ma.

Has an immediate opening for full time route - delivery driver-warehouse personnel.

Scheduled interviews receives first priority - $25.00 per hour, 40 hours plus OT guaranteed weekly

$3K performance bonus after 4 months – if requirements are met

Valid driving license and good driving record required a must.

Box Truck Driving experience a must

Ability to handle heavy batteries, heavy boxes, heavy automotive parts, etc

Excellent attendance and punctuality a must

Mandatory Radom Drug Testing

Cell phone reimbursement $40.00 per month

Paid holidays – 5 holidays

Standard Duties:

Pick, pack, wrap and load heavy products for delivery to customers

Ensure accuracy of incoming and outgoing shipments

Receive merchandise and stock shelves

Safe operations of all material handling equipment, including pallet jacks, forklifts, etc.    

Complies with all appropriate policies, procedures, safety rules, and regulations

Skills:

Forklift and electric pallet jack experience a plus, but will train

Excellent customer service and communication skills

Excellent Organizational skills and attention to detail

Physical Requirements:

Ability to lift 75 lbs.

Ability to perform duties with a sense of urgency, exceeding customer expectations

Knowledge of surrounding areas for delivery.
