Human Resources & Benefits Administrator
Seeking a full-time Human Resources & Benefits Administrator to work in our Main Office in Newburyport. Primary duties include maintaining, updating and scanning personnel records; assisting with new employee onboarding; providing backup for payroll, scheduling and receptionist calls; managing benefits and health initiatives; reviewing time and attendance records for accuracy; and managing and coordinating FMLA/PFML/STD claims. Skills needed include proficiency using Microsoft Word, Excel, Visio, and ADP; excellent organization, interpersonal and strong customer service skills as well as minimum one year HR experience required. This position is full-time with fully paid medical, dental and vision insurance, as well as dollar for dollar 401(k) match up to 10%; life insurance; disability plan; and pension plan after 2 years of service.
