Resident Service Coordinator
The Andover Housing Authority (AHA) is seeking qualified and experienced applicants for the position of Resident Service Coordinator. The Resident Services Coordinator (RSC) provides support to a diverse group of residents living in state-aided public housing. This position requires a motivated and resourceful individual who is sensitive to resident needs, has excellent service coordination, can work within a team, and can thrive in a relatively independent work environment. Candidates must have one to two years of experience in providing individual services to a diverse population of individuals and families with low-income, physical disabilities, behavioral health, and developmental disorders, and/or history of homelessness and incarceration; or equivalent, training, education and/or experience.
